a tiggerific time (updated)

i have been so frustrated in the last few days because i could not find my camera cord to download these pictures to the computer. i have looked everywhere for it. i finally decided that jacob must have thrown it in the garbage. i have caught him throwing so many things away that do not belong there, like his shoes, dishes, his cup, clothes, and even money. i wonder how many other valuable things have gone unnoticed and ended up in the local landfill. anyway, so today, i went out and bought a card reader that plugs into my computer. it worked beautifully! now i can display the pics that we took of jacob and amanda on october 31st.

we only had part of our family that night because josiah, rachel, and olivia were gone to a youth convention and did not get back until late that night. so, we dressed up jacob in his tigger costume and went out to eat and to toy story 1 and 2 in 3D. we were the only ones in the whole theater. it was great! jacob watched most of toy story 1 and enjoyed the rest of the theater for toy story 2. and, since we were the only ones there, we let him do his thing. we had a tiggerific time!

the most wonderful thing about tiggers is he's the only one!

                                       amanda and jacob

they love each other a lot!

update: i found my camera cord right after i
published this post! go figure! guess where it
was. at the bottom of my camera case! now!
why in the world would it be there? nothing is
ever put back in its place at our house! :) poor
                                   jacob, i blamed him!

Just precious!!

And for the record, I have those same "disappearing" issues in my house and no reason 'cept for myself!! Right now I am missing my favorite pair of reading glasses for days now, and cannot figure out where in the world they could have gone.

Have a great rest of the week!

My keys disappeared once when Brianna was about Jacob's age. We were on our way to take my sister's fiance to the airport. He was in the air force and scheduled to report at a new duty station the Monday after Thanksgiving. We looked everywhere and couldn't find them. He ended up missing his flight (a big no-no) and we never did find those keys... even when we moved. I swear to this day, Brianna, who had a habit of throwing things away, must have tossed them into the trash and in all the hustle and bustle and company that weekend, no one noticed.

Oh, I understand losing stuff based on kids putting them in the trash. We lost a Gameboy Advance one time... and we're just sure it went out with the garbage thanks to little Miss Riley!

Jacob looks darling. He's bouncy, flouncy, trouncy, pouncy - full of FUN FUN FUN!

Andrew was a Pooh pumpkin this year. He has a Tigger costume for maybe next year or the year after. Jacob wears that Tigger costume very well and I bet he had a blast exploring the movie theatre! We LOVE Toy Story!!

Yep--the one who doesn't speak in our house also gets all the blame--including for every toot there ever was in the car!!! One day she will get her revenge :)

LOVE your adorable little tigger, my friend.

Tigger is adorable. I wish I could pick him up and hug him. I lose my black cords inside my black briefcase often! But your post brought back memories of my first daughter toddling into the bathroom and washing all her clothes in the toliet. That was back in the days of cloth diapers which I preferred so she saw me doing that with her soiled diapers. She grew up to be a pretty smart kid.

Love ya,
Mary

Oh and he is a cute little Tigger too! I've lost so many cords and cards and keys and I know my little ones throw them away or hide them under beds! Ahhhh, what do you do? I'm glad you found them, though!

What precious photos these are, Christy Rose! Tigger is such a happy character, compared to Eeyore, and yes, Tigger's the only one!

Thanks for sharing. Glad you found your camera cord after all!

Oh I love those photos.....how cute!

Don't feel so bad Christy Rose, I've blamed my little guy for things going missing just to find them right where they should have been in the first place. {sigh} Those poor little innocent bystanders....LOL So glad you found your stuff. He made a such a cute little Tigger. He must have been bouncing off the walls in the theater.

BTW, so glad you like my little headers. It should be lots of fun making them for the winners. Good luck. The good thing about this giveaway is that you'll have plenty of chances to win. I'm so excited!!!
