country club Christmas 2009

the celebration of the Christmas season with family is well underway. yesterday, we met for lunch with aaron's family and his aunt julie. she invited her sister, aaron's mom, and all of her family to join her at the country club for lunch and a time to gather with family. this is a tradition that she started a few years back that we all enjoy. it is usually the first family gathering for us each Christmas season. no fuss, just some food, time and fellowship with each other. it was truly a pleasure!.

here is the lady of the hour along with mary, aaron's mom (on left). aren't they beautiful?

                                                                                      aaron's sisters, laura and marilyn

aaron and his brothers, mitch and rich

                                                                                             our beautiful children

                                                                                                      aaron and i

                                                                                                         more cousins

                                                                                                   mary and i

                                                                                               aaron and josiah

jacob, with the evidence of his love for blueberries on his cheeks and on the collar of his shirt. Great!!

and, of course, a little visit with santa

                                            thanks aunt julie!

What lovely pictures you have posted, I can feel the love, and the fun. Mary and Julie look beautiful with their Christmas sweaters! And the photo of the three brothers -- that was so special. Does Aaron have any sisters?

Oh thanks for sharing these heartwarming photos! I like photos that show people up close!

Well, we now know why your kids are so beautiful. They got good genes from both sides of the family.

Andrew LOVES blueberries too. My mom started feeding him blueberries and today I bought some of the store just for him.

BTW, that Santa looks very familiar. Yes?
